Dr. Manwendra K Tiwari is presently the Dean of Faculties at the Dharmashastra National Law University. Dr. Manwendra K Tiwari has been teaching in the National Law Universities since 2008, immediately after completing LL.M.. He has worked at the Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur for two years and Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow for nine and half years as an Assistant Professor in Law before joining the Dharmashastra National Law University as an Associate Professor in Law in October, 2019. He completed his LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi and LL.M. from the Indian Law Institute (ILI), New Delhi. He was awarded the degree of Ph.D. in law by Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow for his dissertation titled “Adjudication and Enforcement of Socio-economic Rights under the Indian Constitution: A Critical Study.” Dr. Manwendra has several published research articles and chapters in the reputed international and national journals and edited books..
