Ms. Shruti Nandwana has completed her B.A. LL.B. (Hons) from National Law Institute University, Bhopal with specialization in Business laws and Intellectual Property Rights in 2017 and LL.M. in Business Laws from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2019. She has qualified NET- JRF in 2018 and has been awarded Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). During the LL.M. course she has been associated as a Teaching Assistant with Prof. (Dr.) T. Ramakrishna for the course of Law of Intellectual Property Rights in National Law School of India University, Bangalore. After completing her B.A.LL.B. she worked with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Delhi as an Associate in the General Corporate and Litigation team for a year. She has published papers and attended conferences on various themes such as Global Governance: International Trade and Environmental Concerns; Reservation Policy In India: Constitutional Provisions And A Need For Change; Women’s Property Rights Vis-A- Vis 2005 Amendment: Has True Justice Been Attained?; Analysis Of The Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Prohibition Of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015: An Overview; Comparative Advertisements: Freedom of Commercial Speech vis-à-vis Freedom of Speech and Expression. She has also participated in mediation and arbitration competitions during graduation. She has further completed certificate courses in various subjects and attended workshops. Her areas of teaching and research interests include Corporate and Security laws and Intellectual Property Laws.
