DR. V.S. GIGIMON

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF LAW AND H.O.D.

Dr. V S Gigimon has completed B.A.L, LL.B. (Five Years Integrated Course) from the University of Kerala, 2003 and LL.M. in the year 2006 from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur and PhD from Chanakya National Law University, Patna in the year 2017. He has a total experience of 12 years in different institutions as Lecturer in Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, Patiala, Assistant Professor (Law) in School of Law, Christ University, Bangalore, Assistant Professor Garden City College of Law, Bangalore, Assistant Professor, IBA-CLE Chair, National Law School of India University, Bangalore and as Assistant Professor and Registrar in Bar Council of Kerala MKN Academy for Continuing Legal Education, Kochi. He was also an Expert Member of Legal Education Committee of University Grant Commission – Committee on Transforming Legal Education. He has participated and organized a few International and National Moot Court Competitions and Seminars. He has also presented papers and actively participated in many international and national training programmes, workshops and seminars. He was working with Prof. N R Madhava Menon in successfully organizing professional development training programmes for lawyers and law teachers in different cities of India under the banner of Continuing Legal Education at NLSIU, Bangalore. His areas of interests are Alternatives Disputes Resolution, Consumer Protection, Torts Law and Human Rights Law. He has published many articles in the journals and books of repute. He has also travelled to countries like Srilanka, UK (London), Turkey and Hong Kong to present papers on various topics of Law. He is also member in number of organizations like, Commonwealth Legal Education Association Asia-India Chapter, Forum of South Asian Clinical Law Teachers, Goa, Menon Institute of Legal Advocacy Training, Trivandrum, and Global Alliance for Justice Education, USA etc.


Dr. Manwendra Kumar Tiwari

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF LAW

Dr. Manwendra Kumar Tiwari has been teaching in the National Law Universities since 2008. He has served the Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur for two years and Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow for nine years as an Assistant Professor of Law before joining the Dharmashastra National Law University as an Associate Professor of Law in October, 2019. He completed his LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi and LL.M. from the Indian Law Institute (ILI), New Delhi. He was awarded the degree of Ph.D. in law by Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow for his dissertation titled “Adjudication and Enforcement of Socio-economic Rights under the Indian Constitution: A Critical Study.” Dr. Manwendra has several published research articles and chapters in the reputed national journals and edited books. He has also authored modules in e-PG Pathshala portal of UGC in the subjects of Law and Criminology. He is a regular opinion piece contributor in Livelaw, The Wire and other web portals. His areas of interest are Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, Human Rights, International Law and Research Methodology.


Dr. Shilpa Jain

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF LAW

Dr.Shilpa Jain is a Gold Medalist in B.A.LL.B (Hons) and has completed her LL.M in 2008 and Ph.D in 2011 from Barkatullah University Bhopal. She has teaching and research experience of 12 years. Before joining Dharamshastra National Law University she has taught at Hidayatullah National law University,Raipur and Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab. Dr.Shilpa has completed one Major Project granted by National Human Rights Commission, New Delhi and one Minor project granted by Chandigarh State Commission for the Protection of Child Rights. She has been awarded fellowship by the Hague Academy of International Law, Hague in the year 2014 and United Nations to attend United Nations Regional Course in International Law at Thailand in 2012. She has to her credit seven edited books and several Research papers in journals of National and International repute.


 

Dr. JALAJ GOANTIYA

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF POLITICAL SCIENCE AND PROCTOR

Dr. Jalaj Goantiya has completed B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from St. Aloysius College, Jabalpur and Ph.D. from Rani Durgawati University, Jabalpur in 2009 on “India-China relationship”. He has qualified M.P. SLET in 2004 and UGC-NET in 2017. He has also completed LL.B. and M.B.A. to develop comprehensive understanding in the field of Law and Management. He has more then 16 year teaching experience at both UG and PG level in various eminent institutions of Jabalpur as St. Aloysius College , Rani Durgawati University, and Mata Gujri Women’s College. He has also served in various administrative positions in different Institutions. To his credit, there are 15 publications at National and International level in reputed journals. Besides this he has completed UGC sponsored Minor Research Project on Status of Women Rights in Madhya Pradesh and actively involved in the certificate course in Human Rights under the UGC sponsored scheme for Human Rights Education. His area of specialization is Human Right, International Relations and Indian Polity.


 

DR. VINAY KUMAR SINGH

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF ENGLISH

Dr. Vinay Kumar Singh, Ph.D. in English (University of Lucknow, Lucknow), M.Phil in Linguistics and Phonetics (The EFL University, Hyderabad, Lucknow campus) and M.A. in English Literature (BHU, Varanasi) has the teaching experience of more than ten years. Teaching and learning is his passion and to prolong this passion in the field of language teaching and skills training by judicious application of contemporary practical methods is the motive of his teaching. His area of interests include Applied Linguistics, Literary Theory and Criticism Language and Literature teaching and training, and Soft skills. He is actively associated with developing course materials and training modules for English language and career oriented programmes for professional courses. He has presented 17 research papers in various national and international seminars and conferences and actively participated in many training programmes, FDPs, and workshops. He has published eight research papers in International peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings  and one chapter in an edited book.


 

DR. VIMAL KUMAR VISHWAKARMA

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF ENGLISH

Dr. Vimal Kumar Vishwakarma is an Assistant Professor of English at DNLU Jabalpur. He received M.A. in English from Government Mahakoushal Autonomous Arts and Commerce College Jabalpur in 2007. He earned PGDTE (Post Graduate Diploma in the Teaching of English) and M.Phil. in English with specialization in Linguistics and Phonetics from the English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad. He has been awarded Ph.D. in English with specialization in Phonetics by LNMU, TKT by the University of Cambridge, UK and International TESOL Diploma by American TESOL Institute, US. He has done a course on Corpus Linguistics from Lancaster University, UK and IELTS from British Council, UK. Besides, he has experience of more than 9 years of teaching at SMGPC Lucknow and RPSGOI, Mahendergarh (HR). He has some national and international publications to his credit and attended and presented many research papers in national and international conferences. His areas of academic interest include Phonetics, Sociolinguistics, ELT and Communication. Currently, he is the editor of International Journal of Education and Applied Sciences Research, New Delhi and International Journal of Educational Research, Haryana. He is also a member of professional bodies like ELTAI (English Language Teachers’ Association of India), LSI (Linguistics Society of India), and AESI (Association for English Studies of India).


 

Mrs. DEEPLAXMI CHILE

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF SOCIOLOGY

Mrs. Deeplaxmi Chile holds degree of B.SC., M.A. in English literature from Barkatullah University, Bhopal and  M.A. in Sociology from Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur . She has qualified UGC-NET in Sociology. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D  in Sociology from Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur. She has earlier taught at Mata Gujri Mahila Mahavidhyalaya, Jabalpur. She has attended several National and International conferences and also published many research articles in reputed journals. She was recently awarded “Young Social Scientist Award” for her research paper from Madhyanchal Sociological Society in the International Conference held at Indore Christian college, Indore. She had actively participated in many training programmes and academic workshops. Her area of interest and specialization includes Criminology, , Industrial Sociology, Sociology of Law, Social Psychology, and Informationalism Sociology.


 

Dr. ISHA WADHWA

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF ECONOMICS

Dr. Isha Wadhwa has completed B. Com and M. Com from Mata Gujri Mahila Mahavidhyalaya, Jabalpur (M.P.) and Ph.D. from Rani Durgawati University, Jabalpur in 2019 on “Impact of Foreign Direct Investment on Indian Retail Market with special reference to Madhya Pradesh”. She has also completed her MBA in HR and Finance. She has a teaching experience of 9 years. Apart from teaching she has shouldered many additional responsibilities like Training and Placement Officer, Member IQAC, Coordinator of UGC sponsored schemes, cultural committee etc. To her credit, there are 7 publications at National and International level in reputed journals. Beside this, she has completed UGC sponsored Minor Research Project on “Impact of FDI on Retail Market with special reference to Small Scale Industries of Madhya Pradesh” and activity involved in academic program. She is a registered counsellor of Bachelor Degree Program (BDP) at IGNOU and Guest Faculty at various institute one out of which is Central Training Institute of Madhya Pradesh Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company Ltd. (MPPKVVCL). She is an active member of Mahakoushal Chamber of Commerce and Industries.


 

Mr. UTKARSH KUMAR MISHRA

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF LAW

Utkarsh K. Mishra is an alumnus of NLU, Odisha from where he pursued B.A (Economics), LL. B (Hons.). He did his LL.M from National Law University, Jodhpur with specialization in International Trade and International Investment Laws. He was awarded with the Nani A. Palkiwala Memorial Gold Medal and Milon Kumar Bannerjee Gold Medal for securing First position in all streams of his post graduate studies end in his area of specialization respectively. He has qualified UGC NET in Law and prior to joining this University, he was teaching at HPNLU, Shimla where he taught at both UG & PG level for more than a year. Prior to that, He worked at CUTS International, Jaipur in the Centre for International Trade, Economics and Environment as a Research Associate (Law).  He was also recently awarded with the ‘Asia-Pacific Trade Facilitation Forum 2017 Trade Facilitation Innovation Award’ by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and Pacific for his co-authored innovation proposal on Trade Facilitation. He has published articles and research papers in both offline and online journals and has attended several national and international conferences, seminars, short term courses. His areas of research and teaching interests include International Trade Laws, International Investment Laws, Law of Contracts, International Commercial Arbitration, Legal Methods, Jurisprudence, Critical Legal Studies, ADR, Labour Laws etc. His teaching pedagogy combines the conceptual understanding of the subject with critical approaches. At DNLU, he is also the Faculty-in-charge of the Internship Cell. Apart from his academic interests, listening to semi-classical music and singing remain his deepest passions. He currently teaches Law of Contracts, Legal Methods at UG level and Law and Social Transformation and International Criminal Law at PG level.


 

Mr. Ankit Srivastava

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF LAW

Mr. Ankit Srivastava, is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Law, at Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur. Before joining DNLU, Jabalpur, he has worked as an Assistant Professor at National Law University, Jodhpur and Amity University, Lucknow. He is pursuing Ph.D. in the area of Competition Law from NLU Jodhpur. He was the Coordinator for NLU, Jodhpur with the Competition Commission of India – Competition Network. He was a core member of Centre for Competition Law and Policy at NLU Jodhpur. He has completed his Master of Laws (Competition Law) from National Law University, Delhi and Graduation from Symbiosis Law School, Noida. He has numerous paper publications in reputed journals to his credit and has also presented his papers in different National and International conferences. He has also edited a book titled ‘An Introspection Into Corporate Criminal Liability in India.’ He was a Panelist in one-day panel discussion on the theme ‘Banking Sector At The Cross-Roads Of Disruption: Competition Law Perspective’ organized by NLU Jodhpur. He has also chaired various National Legal events, ADR competitions, Moot Court Competitions, etc. His area of Interest is Competition Law, Corporate Laws, Research Methodology, Law of Torts, and Contract Law.


 

Mr. ASHUTOSH SINGH

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF LAW

Mr. Ashutosh has completed his B.A. LL. B from H.N.B. Garhwal University and LL.M. from Banaras Hindu University in Constitution and Administrative Law as his areas of specialization. He has qualified UGC-NET in Law. He has attended Conferences, Seminars and has Research Publications to his credit. Prior to joining this University, he was practising as an advocate in the Allahabad High Court and has a practice experience of 2 years in the areas of Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Taxation etc. His academic teaching pedagogy caters to a combination of theoretical understanding of the subject and practical application of the same. His areas of research and teaching interests include Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Civil and Criminal Procedure, Post Modern Legal Studies, Critical Legal Studies, Comparative Constitutional Law, Global Administrative Law etc.  At DNLU, he is also the Faculty-in-charge of the Moot Court at DNLU. He currently teaches Legal Methods at UG Level and Constitutional Law and Criminal Law specialization papers at PG level.


 

SRISHTI D. SONI

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF LAW

Srishti D. Soni has done B.A, LL. B from New Law College, Pune and LL.M. from Amity University, Lucknow. She worked as Lecturer at Hitkarini Law College, Jabalpur in the past and is currently pursuing PhD from Rani Durgawati University, Jabalpur. A UGC NET qualified, Mrs. Soni’s area of specialisation is Constitutional Law. She has been a Gold Medalist at her college and participated in many International and National Moot Court Competitions. She has published papers and attended National seminars. As a student, she has organised many academic events in her college and would now like to train her students for same and pass on all the knowledge she has acquired over the years.


 

Ms. ASMITA JATARIA

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF HISTORY

Ms. Asmita Jataria did her BA (Hons) in History from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi. She then completed her M.A in History from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi.  Her area of specialization is Modern History. She believes in collaborative forms of learning, teaching and researching.  Her area of interest lies in ‘Partition of India’, its causes and consequences, refugees, borders, minorities and migration. She is a creative and passionate teacher dedicated to fostering a student-centred classroom environment based on mutual respect and collaboration. She is committed to helping students identify and develop their own passions.


 

Ms. RUCHIRA CHATURVEDI

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF LAW

Ms. Ruchira Chaturvedi is an alumnus of National Law Institute University, Bhopal, where she pursued LL.M. and specialised in Constitutional and Administrative Law. She has worked as Assistant Professor at Mother Teresa Law College, Jabalpur where she has taught administrative law and constitutional law to both under graduates and post graduates. She has qualified UGC-NET and Madhya Pradesh State Eligibility Test. She has presented papers in national seminars an has had a short-term experience of litigation in High Court of Madhya Pradesh. Her areas of interest and specialisation in teaching are administrative law, constitutional law and interpretation of statutes.



 

Ms. SHRUTI NANDWANA

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF LAW

Ms. Shruti Nandwana has completed her B.A. LL.B. (Hons) from National Law Institute University, Bhopal with specialization in Business laws and Intellectual Property Rights in 2017 and LL.M. in Business Laws from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2019. She has qualified NET- JRF in 2018 and has been awarded Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). During the LL.M. course she has been associated as a Teaching Assistant with Prof. (Dr.) T. Ramakrishna for the course of Law of Intellectual Property Rights in National Law School of India University, Bangalore. After completing her B.A.LL.B. she worked with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Delhi as an Associate in the General Corporate and Litigation team for a year. She has published papers and attended conferences on various themes such as Global Governance: International Trade and Environmental Concerns; Reservation Policy In India: Constitutional Provisions And A Need For Change; Women’s Property Rights Vis-A- Vis 2005 Amendment: Has True Justice Been Attained?; Analysis Of The Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Prohibition Of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015: An Overview; Comparative Advertisements: Freedom of Commercial Speech vis-à-vis Freedom of Speech and Expression. She has also participated in mediation and arbitration competitions during graduation. She has further completed certificate courses in various subjects and attended workshops. Her areas of teaching and research interests include Corporate and Security laws and Intellectual Property Laws.



 

Ms. SWATI SINGH PARMAR

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF LAW

Ms. Swati Singh Parmar has begun her academic career from Amity University, Lucknow as an Assistant Professor. After teaching at Amity University for more than two academic years she has joined Dharmashastra National Law University in the year 2018. Her area of interests include Public International Law, International Human Rights and Jurisprudence. She has been teaching Legal theory, Public International law, International Human Rights Jurisprudence, Law of International Organisations, International Humanitarian Law, International Refugee and Migration Law in LL.M. Course and Jurisprudence and Public International Law in B.A.LL.B. course. She has been awarded ‘Gold Medal’ and ‘Excellence in knowledge creation -Award’ by Amity University, Uttar Pradesh for her performance during the LL.M. course. Additionally, she has been awarded ‘A grade’ in ‘Green Revolution Global Certification Program’ supported by UNFCC. She has been awarded ‘A grade’ in ‘International Decade for the Rapprochement of Cultures (IDRC) India Program’ issued by Centre for United Nations. She has published four book chapters and ten research articles in international research journals on issues relating to International Law. She has presented research articles at twenty-one national and eleven international conferences. She is a member of International Society for Therapeutic Jurisprudence, Canada. She also is in the advisory board for Internationalism, a peer reviewed international journal in international law. Besides, she is a member of editorial board of five reputed research journals. She is a life member of Indian School of International Law, New Delhi.



 

DR. VEENA ROSHAN JOSE

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF LAW

Dr. Veena has more than 10 years’ experience in teaching law at the under graduate and post graduate level at various Universities teaching wide range of subjects in law. Prior to joining this University, she was the coordinator of the Post Graduate Diploma Courses at the National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi. She was awarded Ph.D. in Law from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi, for her doctoral thesis on “Commercialisation of the Human Body and Bodily Materials”. She completed her LLM from the Faculty of Law, Cochin University of Science & Technology with specialisations in Human Rights Law and Environmental Law. Apart from her specialisations, she also teaches Law and Forensic Science, Medical Jurisprudence, Comparative Public Law, Public International Law, Law Relating Women and Children. Dr. Veena has published research papers and articles in various law journals and is a regularly invited speaker and resource person for seminars and workshops. She is also a member of the editorial board of the International Medico-Legal Reporter Journal. She is associated with the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Kerala, in drafting policy documents relating to organ donation and brain-stem death certification. She is also a part of various institutional committees in different medical schools and hospitals.



 

Ms. AREENA PARVEEN ANSARI

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF LAW

Areena Ansari has pursued her BBA. LLB. (H.) Specialization in Business Administration and Corporate Law from University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun. She has also completed her LLM. in International Environmental Law from Amity University, Noida. She also has a work experience with Corporate Organization for more than 2 years; she has worked with International companies such as Compunnel Staffing and Thomson Reuters. Throughout her working span, she has been involved in Contract Review, Document Review and Research Review and other CSR activities whereas she has an experience of direct client dealing, Research and Drafting of contracts. She is NET qualified.



 

Ms. SRISHTI CHATURVEDI

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF LAW

Ms. Srishti Chaturvedi has completed her graduation in B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law Institute University, Bhopal in 2016. Thereafter, she pursued her LL.M. from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar in 2017 with specialization in Constitution and Administrative Law. She has qualified UGC-NET in 2018. Before joining here, she has worked in Jagran Lakecity University Bhopal where she took classes both for the 5-year and 3-year UG law courses and then as a Teaching-Research-Assistant in National Law Institute University, Bhopal where she took classes for the LL.M. students, specifically for Human rights and Criminal Law specializations. She has several publications to her credit till now, mostly focusing on the area of Human Rights and has presented papers in several international and national conferences. She recently won the prize for second best paper in the International Conference organized by Amity University, Noida in collaboration with Adelaide University, Australia for her paper titled ‘Comparative Analysis of the Amendment Procedure for Indian and Australian Constitution’. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from National Law Institute University Bhopal in the area of Constitution and Human Rights.



 

Ms. MRINALINI SRIVASTAVA

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF LAW

Ms. Mrinalini Srivastava has completed graduation in BB.A.LL.B. from New Law College, Bharti Vidyapeeth University, Pune and LL.M. from Department of Law, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, with specialization in Corporate Laws and Private International Law as subjects, in 2017. She has submitted dissertation on “Impact of International Tax Competition on Indian Economy”. She has done Information Technology Training Programme conducted by Institute of Charter Accountant of India. She has diploma in Corporate Law, Cyber Law and Taxation Laws to her credit. Previously, she was working as Research Associate in National Company Law Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi. She also has qualified UGC NET in Law. Presently, she is pursuing Ph.D. from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar. She has been teaching Private International Law and Criminal Law for the past year in the University.



 

Mr. GAUTAM GUPTA

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF LAW

Mr Gautam Gupta has completed his B.A., LL. B from New Law College, Bharti Vidyapeeth University, Pune and LL.M. from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in Business Laws. His areas of specialization is Procedural and Business Laws. He has qualified UGC-NET in Law and has a teaching experience of more than 4 years at different institutions. Prior to joining this University, he was an Assistant Professor at School of Law, UPES, Dehradun. He has published articles and research papers in both offline and online journals and has attended several national and international conferences, seminars. He has been awarded ‘A grade’ in a course on “Corruption in International Sports” organized by National Law University, Gujarat through its “Centre for Sports and Entertainment Law”. His areas of research and teaching interests include Civil and Criminal Procedure, Constitutional Law, Legal History, Criminal Law, etc.



 

MR. ANIMESH JHA

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF LAW

Mr. Animesh Jha is Assistant Professor of Family Law at DNLU. He is an Alumni of Chanakya National Law University Patna where he completed his BA LL.B. in 2017, He Completed his LL.M. from Patna University in 2019. He cleared UGC NET in 2018 and was subsequently awarded Junior Research Fellowship in 2019. He has a vast experience in Moot Courts and Debates and has participated and won various prestigious National Moot Courts and Debates throughout his student career. He also served as Legal Consultant to Principal Secretary of Health and taught in various coaching institutes in Bihar prior to joining University. He has attended and presented papers in various international Seminars and have half a dozen publications to his credit in reputed journals. In Undergraduate program He served his University by heading various committees including Youth Parliament and Anti Ragging Cell. His area of interest including Criminal Laws, Jurisprudence and Laws related to Property. He has been constantly writing and spreading awareness about Indian School of Jurisprudence and the Dharmshastra. He has keen interest in Indian Philosophies like Mimansa and Vedanta and had been a student of comparative religions; He is an amature astrologer and Kabaddi enthusiast.



 

Ms. VARSHA GUMASHTA

RESEARCH-CUM-TEACHING ASSISTANT

Ms. Varsha Gumashta pursued her B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) from National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi and LL.M. in Human Rights Law from Queen Mary University, London. She has a year’s experience of teaching and prior to joining this University, she was working at the Chambers of Adv. Satish Maneshinde (Mumbai High Court). She has also contributed to an organisation in London, by teaching Hindi language and literature. Ms. Varsha has volunteered in organisations like Southall Black Sisters, London and Hospice Homes. She has also attended various international and national conferences, seminars and workshops. At DNLU, she is currently teaching International Humanitarian Law at P.G. level and Law and Social Transformation at U.G. level. She is also the faculty-in-charge of Disciplinary Committee and Cultural Committee. Her areas of interest are Family Law, Intellectual Property Rights and Human Rights Law.

Ms. Drishti Singh has completed her B.B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) and her LL.M. (Constitutional Law) with Gold Medal from Amity University Rajasthan, Jaipur. She has joined this university as Research-Cum-Teaching Assistant.




 

Mr. ABHISHEK SINGH NEGI

RESEARCH-CUM-TEACHING ASSISTANT

Mr.Abhishek has completed B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) from National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi. He is also an alumnus of NALSAR University of Law, from where he completed his LL.M. besides an active participant in seminars and conferences, he takes immense interest in sports activities too.




 

Ms. NABEELA SIDDIQUI

Ms. Nabeela Siddiqui has completed her graduation in B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh in 2016. Thereafter, she pursued her LL.M. (two years) from University of Madras, Chennai in 2018 with specialization in Constitutional Law and Legal Order. She received the President of India, Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma Gold medal along with The Innes Prize, The Carmiceal Prize and The V. Suresham Memorial award for her Masters. Before joining DNLU, she was working in National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi as a Research Assistant. She has several publications to her credit till now, mostly focusing on the area of Constitutional law, Environmental Law and International Refugee Law and has been a National level Debater. She had represented the country in an International conference in Penang, Malaysia and is also a reviewer to various International Journals. She is a member to the International Society of Therapeutic Jurisprudence (ISTJ) and The Global Network for the Study of Human Rights and the Environment (GNHRE). She is contributor to various National newspapers on contemporary legal issues.



 

Mr. ACHYUT GOVINDAM TIWARI

Mr. Tiwari has obtained a Bachelor of Laws from MATS University and a Master of Laws in International Law from University of Leeds. He has been awarded a certificate on International Arbitration by the Charted Institute of Arbitration London. He has practiced law on the Constitutional and Civil side of the Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh. His appearances have been marked in the cases relating to writ, arbitration, land dispute, education, bails, essential commodities, government tenders etc.



 

Mr. ESHAN TRIPATHI

Mr. Eshan Tripathi, pursued his B.A.L.L.B. (Hons.) specialisation in ‘Constitutional law and International trade law’ from Hidayatullah National law University, Raipur. He has also completed his LLM. in ‘Environmental Law’ from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. He has qualified MP-SET and UGC-NET in 2017. He has attended and presented various papers in National and International Seminars and Conferences.



 

Mr. DEEPAK GAUTAM

Mr. Deepak Gautam has completed his Under-Graduation BBA.LL.B (Hons) course from Amity Law School, Jaipur Amity University Rajasthan. Then he moved to Bhopal for his Post Graduation And pursued his LL.M in Corporate & Intellectual Property Rights as key area of specialization from National Law Institute University Bhopal (M.P) in the year 2019. Prior to this he has also worked under Choudhary Law Associates Advocates and Solicitors at Bhopal as a junior Legal Associate and handling the matters related to civil & criminal Laws. Apart from this he is also been an active participants in Drafting contracts, agreements and legal proposals. He is also finalist of a National level case drafting competition “if you were the supreme court for a day” conducted by the law learner’s society. Currently he is also pursuing certificate course in Negotiable Instruments Act 1881.
