Bio

Ms. Shruti Nandwana has been working at Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur since 2019. Prior to joining the University, she worked with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Delhi as an Associate in the General Corporate team. She completed her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law Institute University, Bhopal with specialization in Business laws and Intellectual Property Rights in 2017 and LL.M. in Business Laws from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2019. She qualified NET- JRF in 2018 and has been awarded Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). She is pursuing her Ph.D. from Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur in the area of Corporate Governance. She also heads the Centre for Corporate Laws and Governance and is the Faculty in-charge of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Cell of the University. Her areas of interest are Corporate and Securities laws and Intellectual Property rights.
