Bio

Mr Shashank Pathak has completed his Graduation B.A., LL. B from National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam, and LL.M. from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in Business Laws. He has frequently published Research Articles in reputed Journals including journals recognized by UGC and Chapters in edited books along with attending National level conferences on various themes of law. He has qualified UGC-NET in Law and was previously teaching as an Assistant Professor of Law at the School of Law, UPES, Dehradun. His areas of interest are Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber Law, Jurisprudence, and Business laws.
