Bio

Mr. Praveen Tripathi, after completing an undergraduate law degree from Jiwaji University, Gwalior practised as an Advocate in the High Court of Madhya Pradesh from 2009 onwards. Later he joined LL.M. (Business Laws) at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore (NLSIU) in 2011. After completing his LL.M., Praveen joined as a Research Associate at NLSIU under the project titled “Capacity Building Initiative in the Competition Area under Trade Development Programme” sponsored by the Delegation of European Union to India (CITD) in October 2013. Since 2014, he has continued at NLSIU as Assistant Professor along with the CITD project responsibilities. In July 2018 he joined at School of Law, Bennett University (The Times of India Group) as an Assistant Professor. Presently he is Teaching at Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur. He is also a Visiting Faculty for Professional and Continuing Education, NLSIU. Praveen has been awarded CCI-IICA Fellowship for the Antitrust Summer School in 2014, Asian Scholar Grant, 2017 by Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore for International Conference in Public Policy, 2017. Young Asian IP Scholar Award, 2019 by ARCIALA, Singapore Management University.
