Mr. Deepak Gautam is currently working as a Teaching Associate in Law at Dharmashastra National Law University Jabalpur (MP) and presently teaching Legal Hindi and Drafting, Pleading & Conveyancing to the students of B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) Course. He completed his graduation in BBA. LL.B (Hons.) from Amity Law School Amity University Rajasthan in 2017. He has started his career in Litigation as a Junior Legal Associate at Choudhary Law Associates Bhopal. He completed his LL.M in Corporate and IPR Laws from NLIU Bhopal in 2019. Later, he started his academic career and joined DNLU Jabalpur (MP) as a Teaching Associate where he taught Company Law, Law and Economics, and Public Administration at the Undergraduate level. During his employment, he has also been assigned various roles and appointed as a member of the Legal Aid Clinic and various other Committees at the university level. Apart from this, he has also been an active participant in various prestigious National, and International Conferences, Seminars, Workshops & Faculty Development Programmes. He has also worked with IISER, Bhopal, an “Institute for National Importance” as Project Legal Assistant. Besides, his area of interest includes Insolvency & Bankruptcy Laws, Service Laws, Privacy and Data Protection Laws, Property Laws, etc.
